Immunotherapy has yet to match successes in other cancers but remains actively pursued. Refining patient selection and combination regimens may unlock prostate cancer’s unique immunity barriers.

Addressing such puzzles will enable enhanced early detection, more accurate risk stratification, expanded treatment options, and guidance on prevention strategies to attenuate the impact of prostate cancer for generations ahead.
